The Future of Workspace Design: How the SMARTTABLES CyberOne Desk Supports Creative Professionals

A desk setup rarely stays the same for long. A single monitor becomes two, a laptop needs a dedicated charging spot, or a new tool needs a home within reach. CyberOne Modular is designed for that kind of change. It starts as a smart standing desk and can be expanded with compatible frames, desktops, motors, and connection components as your workspace evolves.

Start with the workspace shape

CyberOne Modular is available in four layouts:

  • Main Desk: 63.0 × 31.5 in

  • L-Shaped Desk: 86.6 × 63.0 in

  • Extended L-Shaped Desk: 86.6 × 126.0 in

  • U-Shaped Desk: 110.2 × 63.0 in

The Main Desk works well for a focused workstation with a monitor, laptop, and everyday accessories. An L-shaped layout adds a separate side surface for sketching, note-taking, equipment, or a second display. The Extended L and U-shaped layouts create more room for multi-monitor work, larger gear, and storage modules.

If your needs change later, the system can be expanded with compatible CyberOne components. That makes it possible to begin with a simpler setup and build outward over time.

A standing desk built for daily use

The CyberOne Modular Main Desk adjusts from 30.3 to 44.9 inches in height. Its two-motor lifting system moves at up to 35 mm per second, with a listed operating noise level of 50 dB or below.

The Main Desk supports up to 300 lb dynamically and 600 lb statically. Its frame uses Q195 cold-rolled steel, while the desktop is made from HDF. Height positions can be saved through the desk controller and the SMARTTABLES app, making it easier to return to a preferred seated or standing position during the day.

Larger layouts use additional synchronized motors. The L-shaped configuration uses three motors, while the Extended L and U-shaped configurations use four. This supports a consistent lifting experience across the larger work surface.

Bring power and charging closer

Loose cables can quickly make a workspace feel unfinished. CyberOne Modular uses a built-in power system with concealed cable routing, so the desk, compatible modules, and connected devices can be powered through one main cable.

The optional charging hub provides four USB-C ports and four USB-A ports, with up to 100W of charging power. It gives phones, tablets, headphones, and other desk accessories a dedicated place to charge without filling the desktop with separate adapters.

A wireless charging stand is also available for compatible phones. It combines a charging surface with a phone stand, which can be useful for keeping notifications, calls, or reference material visible while you work.

Add modules where they make sense

The system can be configured around the tools you actually use. Lift-up speakers provide two 15W Bluetooth 5.0 speakers that rise from the desk when needed. When they are not in use, they can sit flush with the desktop.

Compatible RGB lighting offers 10 color options and four dynamic modes. The RGB lighting and monitor arm require the CyberOne back pegboard, so they should be planned as part of the same setup.

For display positioning, the rail and monitor-arm system supports up to 20 lb and is compatible with VESA 75 × 75 mm and 100 × 100 mm mounting patterns. Storage options include a steel pegboard with an 88 lb load capacity, a 77 lb toolbox, a 55 lb drawer, and a 77 lb PC tower mount.

Control the desk from the desktop or app

The desk controller handles everyday height adjustment, while the SMARTTABLES app adds control for saved height positions. With compatible modules installed, the app can also control RGB lighting and manage heating and cooling cup-holder settings and timers.

This keeps key controls in one place instead of adding separate remotes or switches across the desk.

Build around the way you work

CyberOne Modular is not limited to one type of room or work style. A compact Main Desk can support a home office, study area, or gaming setup. An L-shaped layout can separate computer work from writing or drawing. Larger Extended L and U-shaped layouts can create a more complete command center for multiple screens, equipment, and accessories.

The value of the system is its flexibility. Start with the desk size that fits today, then add compatible modules and expansion components as the workspace changes.
